Here at Cuckoo and Belle we aim to process all orders within 72 hours. Your order will then be sent out in addition to our processing time meaning your order will take 5-7 working days. ( Please note this may take longer during our busier periods.)

Your Products will come safely and securely packaged. Any handmade items will arrive beautifully presented in cello bags.

As all orders are sent signed for we do not offer refunds upon a signature. If a signature hasn't been received and an order is lost in the post a replacement/refund will be offered after the 15 day period set out by royal mail has passed.
